I. Seismic monitoring

• Conducting seismic monitoring in Central Asia countries

• Consolidation the seismologists efforts in rapid exchange of data to reduce the risk from cross-border earthquakes

• The prospect of creating an integrated system of seismic observations in the Central Asia

II. Reducing the seismic risk of big cities

• Seismic hazard assessment for the urban areas

• Seismic vulnerability of major cities existing buildings

• Development the scenarios of potential strong earthquakes consequences

• Improving the design and construction of earthquake-resistant buildings

III. Safety hydropower plants in mountain regions

• Experience in large dams construction and the big reservoirs creation

• High dams seismic safety assessment

• Using of seismic monitoring systems for control the state of dams and reservoirs

• Reduction the risk of induced seismicity
